SENATE BILL NO. 103 "An Act relating to regulation of                                               
underground injection under the federal Safe Drinking Water Act; and                                
providing for an effective date" was read the second time.                                          
                                                                                                    
Senator Wagoner moved and asked unanimous consent that the                                          
Resources Committee Letter of Intent offered on page 531 be adopted                                 
as a Senate Letter of Intent. Without objection, the Senate Letter of                               
Intent was adopted.                                                                                 
                                                                                                    
President Stevens stated SENATE BILL NO. 103 will be on the April                                   
20 calendar.
